The Effects of Stretching and TENS on Muscle Contraction Force for Muscle Fatigue Caused by Isotonic Contraction

Abstract
The goal of the research which sees leads and appearance characteristic contraction TENS and the muscle fatigue which has become the mortar stretching with applies measures to the times when compares the recovery aspect of muscle possibility animal power. From the research which sees did 12 people school boys who are healthy in the object and the object people stretching (4) and TENS (4), and as rest army (4) divided with random and change aspect of the maximum veterinarian possibility animal power after the muscle fatigue mortar which leads the appearance characteristic contraction which is continuous in thigh company two muscle EMG they led and to know they tried. 1) From general quality of each handling army between extension stretching the army comes out most on a large scale with 176.3 cm and from weight and body region quantity the rest army this 61.85 kg & where is sour; The somewhat was recorded lowly with 9.4 kg. And the body region rate from TENS armies was recorded most on a large scale with 21.9%. When trying to synthesize the result of above, the recovery which is final seemed is visible a similar result the recovery of the radical number animal power which is a various places skirt appears different with hour stars, but stretching the quick recovery the army and the rests and TENS armies were visible a late recovery.
